What we collect
Only what you choose to give us: your name, contact details, and the things you tell us about the journey you’re considering (interests, party size, rough dates, and any message you send). If you use the “Find Your Way” companion, the reflections you type are processed to give you a thoughtful response.
How we use it
- To reply to you and help you discover the right journey.
- With your consent, to introduce you to a licensed partner operator for a journey you’re interested in.
- To improve our journeys and the help we offer.
We do notsell your data, and we don’t share it with a partner operator until you ask us to.
Consent & the AI companion
We only collect your details with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time. The “Find Your Way” companion is a reflective guide, not a counsellor or a medical or pastoral professional — please don’t share sensitive personal data with it, and seek real human support for anything serious.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months from your last contact, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or permanently delete the personal data we hold about you. Just email hello@thewayjourneys.comand we’ll action it promptly.
